The Army and the state of Hawaii need to reach a new agreement if tenants such as Pacific Skydiving and Skydive Hawaii will be able to continue operating at Dillingham Airfield near Honolulu past June 30, the Star-Advertiser reported. Tourist businesses have been performing well during COVID-19. “I’m very encouraged that we’re going to be able to resolve all of the concerns and continue general aviation at this airfield,” state Sen. Gil Riviere (D) said….

Fort Riley, Kansas is nearing completion of a new high school that will replace a school that was more than 60 years old, according to a DOD story. The new facility, set to open for the 2021-22 school year, is tech-driven and “will be a high school unlike any military kid has seen before,” Command Sgt. Maj. Raymond Harris said.
