A new agreement between Fort Carson, Colorado and the city of Fountain authorizes the city to manage public works and construction projects at the installation, the Colorado Springs Gazette reported. It “is a benefit to both of us and shows how interconnected our communities are,” Garrison Commander Col. Nate Springer said.
