A partnership between Honeywell and Fort Benning, Georgia will reduce energy consumption at the installation and save $1.4 million in energy costs each year, Honeywell said in a press release. “The work we are implementing with our partners will not only improve operational efficiency but will directly impact our soldiers’ experiences on base,” Garrison Commander Col. Alexis Rivera said.
