The United States will send Bradley fighting vehicles to Ukraine as part of a new aid package worth almost $3 billion, as CNN reported.
President Biden discussed the plan in a Thursday phone call with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, where they “expressed their common determination to continue to provide the necessary financial, humanitarian, military and diplomatic support to Ukraine for as long as needed,” according to a joint statement.
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is nearing the one-year mark.
