Five Communities Named Great American Defense Communities

The Association of Defense Communities announced five communities in its 2023 class of Great American Defense Communities:

• The city of El Paso, Texas
• Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska
• Fort George G. Meade Region, Maryland
• Montgomery River Region, Alabama
• Greater Omaha, Nebraska
