Defense Manufacturing Community Support Program Proposals Due June 26

June 22, 2023

There are just a few more days to submit a proposal for a Defense Manufacturing Community Support Program grant, as the DOD Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation recently reminded communities in an email message.

DMCSP proposals are due Monday, June 26 at 8 p.m. Eastern time.

“The Defense Manufacturing Community Support Program is designed to support long-term community investments that strengthen national security innovation and expand the capabilities of the defense industrial ecosystem,” according to a program fact sheet.

Congress has appropriated $30 million for the program in the current fiscal year. The grants are expected to be awarded by Sept. 30.
