Dec. 6: DOD Webinar on Foreign Investment Near Installations

The DOD Office of Intergovernmental Affairs is hosting a webinar next week on foreign investment near military installations. You can register now for the event, which takes place Dec. 6 at 4 p.m. Eastern time.

The webinar will feature briefers from the departments of Defense, State and Agriculture to discuss the work of the interagency Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

Check out the recent episode of America’s Defense Communities | The Podcast for a background on CFIUS and to hear from communities that have dealt with the challenges of foreign investment near national security sites.
