The Army has completed work on the Smoke Bomb Hill Barracks at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, which the service had deemed unlivable. Some of the barracks have been renovated, while others were demolished, Military.com reported….

Harford County, Maryland is accepting proposals for consultant services “to identify opportunities for innovation, entrepreneurship and economic growth in Harford County,” according to the official request for proposals. A pre-bid virtual meeting is set for Wednesday at 9 a.m. Eastern Time with information to join included in the RFP. Proposals are due Jan. 25.
