The Fort Mac Local Redevelopment Authority signed off on a plan from T.D. Jakes Real Estate Ventures to redevelop about 95 acres at the former Fort McPherson, Georgia, CoStar News reported. Construction is set to begin early this year on the property, which will include residences, retail space, offices, a public charter school, two hotels and a senior living facility. T.D. Jakes is the pastor of Potter’s House Church in Dallas….

About 100 airmen at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota were forced off-base and into hotels after a water main break led to flooding and a water outage, Military.com reported.
