DCIP Deadline Approaching

May 21, 2024

Communities and other eligible organizations have until June 17 to submit applications for the upcoming round of Defense Community Infrastructure Program grants, made available through the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation.

DCIP is designed “to assist state and local governments, and not-for-profit, member-owned utilities in addressing deficiencies in community infrastructure supportive of a military installation,” OLDCC said in announcing the new round of funding. That “includes projects related to transportation; schools; hospitals; police, fire, or emergency response, or other community support facilities; and utility projects.”

The full grant information is listed on Grants.gov. Awards will be finalized by the end of September.
