EPA has not yet approved the new plan, and construction cannot begin without its approval, Cape Cod Times reported.

Housing Inventory in Cavazos Community Sees Significant Increase

Fort Cavazos, Texas’ surrounding community has seen more than a 50% increase in available housing, according to the Killeen Daily Herald. A study conducted by the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors – the name of which references the installation’s former moniker – showed that prices have stayed consistent during the increase. Home sales, however, have decreased, likely reflecting some consumers’ hesitation to buy at a time with higher interest rates.
