The recommendations include providing incentives for citizens most at risk of property destruction to relocate.

Missouri Base Receives 5G Upgrade
Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri has begun to install a new cell tower and multiple cell bases throughout the installation to provide 5G coverage. The upgrade will limit congestion and improve emergency preparedness and military family leisure time. The tower will be active later this year following an inspection by the Defense Information Systems Agency, according to the Houston Harrold.
