Hunt Military Communities Acquires Housing at Eight Bases

Hunt Military Communities has acquired almost 8,000 housing units from Lendlease, according to a press release.

It is adding to its portfolio housing at eight installations:

  • Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina
  • Marine Corps Air Station, North Carolina
  • Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina
  • Stewart Air National Guard Base, New York
  • Westover Air Reserve Base, Massachusetts
  • Marine Corps Air Station, South Carolina
  • Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island
  • Naval Hospital Beaufort, South Carolina

“We’re excited to bring advanced property management technology and sitewide improvements to this portfolio,” Hunt Military Families CEO Brian Stann said.

Hunt will now manage 60,000 homes across more than 55 military installations, it said.
