Pennsylvania Base Opens to Public After 10 Years

Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania recently held its first open house in a decade, according to a DVIDS story. Community members were able to tour the fort and learn about what life on the fort was like. “I would like for people to understand that we’re still here, we still care, and even though we secured the post, we’re not shut off from the local community,” said Col. Kevin Potts, garrison commander.

New Leader at Knox Regional Development Alliance

Ret. Army Col. Lance O’Bryan has officially become the president and CEO of Knox Regional Development Alliance in Kentucky after a two-month transition, KRDA announced in its newsletter. O’Bryan takes the place of Jim Iacocca, who retired to spend more time with his family. Iacocca was recognized last month with the ADC President’s Award.
