Feb. 13: ADC Webinar Introduces ‘National Security Starts at HOME’ Theme

February 7, 2025

ADC is hosting a webinar Thursday, Feb. 13 at 2 p.m. Eastern time to detail its new “National Security Starts at HOME” initiative.

“Our military’s ability to succeed depends on having a strong foundation at home, and that begins with America’s Defense Communities. As the nature of modern threats evolves, our communities are increasingly at the forefront of ensuring national resilience, often addressing challenges that extend beyond the installation fence line,” ADC said in an email to members. “As our nation and military navigate this period of change, it is essential that we unite around a common message to highlight the vital role and impact of our communities.”

The webinar will feature defense experts discussing how to lead communities through the new administration and that “National Security Starts at HOME.” HOME stands for harnessing DOD programs, optimizing defense infrastructure, modernizing quality of life and enhancing partnerships.
