Key Lawmakers to Join ADC at National Summit

ADC announced the agenda for the upcoming Defense Communities National Summit, which will bring hundreds of defense community advocates to the D.C. area.

The event features three days of dialogue among DOD officials, military service leaders, defense community representatives, military spouses, industry partners and others.

Joining them will be several lawmakers helping shape defense policy and spending decisions on Capitol Hill:

  • Joe Courtney (D-Conn.), Armed Services Seapower Subcommittee ranking member
  • John Garamendi (D-Calif.), Armed Services Readiness Subcommittee ranking member
  • Blake Moore (R-Utah), DOGE Caucus co-chair
  • Markwayne Mullin (R-Okla.), Armed Services Committee member
  • Tim Sheehy (R-Mont.), Armed Services Committee member

About the Summit

The Defense Communities National Summit is taking place March 31 through April 2 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia.
