The Sacramento District Army Corps of Engineers recently met at Hill Air Force Base, Utah with local leaders in construction to enhance collaboration in future efforts, the Army reported. Corps leaders provided insights on future contracts and got to connect with smaller construction firms.
“By engaging with industry partners and senior leaders, we’re able to build strong relationships, identify opportunities for improvement and, ultimately, safely deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget, which is essential to supporting our nation’s military and civil works missions,” Sacramento District Commander Col. Chad Caldwell said.
