Asst. Sec. Marks to Join ADC Connect July 24

Assistant Defense Secretary for Energy, Installations, and Environment Dale Marks will be a featured speaker at ADC Connect, taking place in Washington, D.C. July 24. Marks will take part in a special Leadership Interview at the policy-focused event. A longtime ADC supporter, Marks was recently sworn into his new role. He most recently served as executive director of the 96th Test Wing at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.

Agenda Includes Panels, Interactive Discussions on Partnerships, Policy Priorities

Jeff Waksman, acting assistant Army secretary for installations, energy, and environment, will join a panel on the increasing importance in partnerships. Another panel will look at the whole-of-government opportunities for partnership innovations. The even will conclude with group discussions on ADC’s policy positions as homeland defense challenges continue to change. ADC members can register for the event at the ADC Connect webpage.
