New Hampshire Weighs New Military Housing Development
New Hampshire state lawmakers are considering a bill to establish a task force looking into potential military housing development at Great Bay Community College, Seacoastonline reported. The task force will be comprised of representatives from the school, the local Pease Air National Guard base and the state legislature.
It would look at funding development of vacant land near the college to house Guard members who are currently struggling to find housing. Policy recommendations would be announced by the end of 2026.
