A new report from ADC looks at how defense communities can be better supported.  

“Advancing National Security Starts at Home” uses feedback from ADC members across the country and sets the stage for policy initiatives to be pursued in the coming year. 

“Communities are aligned on the challenges, motivated to act and eager to collaborate,” the report said. “What they are asking for now is clearer policy direction, stronger tools and sustained investment that reflect the reality of today’s security environment and recognize communities as long-term partners, not contractors.”
