Utah Forces Sale of Chinese Company Land Near Installation

State lawmakers in Utah forced the sale of a Toole County motorsports park due to its ownership’s ties to China. KSL.com reported that the sale was due to the park’s proximity to the Toole Army Depot and followed a 2024 Utah law that prohibited adversarial governments from owning land in the state.
