Navy Federal Promotes Menoni to VP of Branch Ops 

Retired Rear Admiral and Defense Community Champion honoree John Menoni has been promoted to senior vice president of branch operations at Navy Federal Credit Union, where he will manage initiatives across more than 380 branches, including Navy Federal’s support of ADC’s Defense Community Champions program. Menoni was named as a champion in 2022, the first year of the program’s implementation. 

“I’m honored to work alongside our dedicated and talented Navy Federal branch teams who play such a vital role in strengthening community connections,” Menoni said. “I’m also especially grateful to continue supporting defense community leaders nationwide through the Association of Defense Community Champions program, an initiative that closely aligns with Navy Federal’s mission and values.” 

Navy Federal is the official sponsor of the program. 

Wisconsin Base Celebrates Post-Wide for Easter 

Fort McCoy, Wisconsin hosted community members at its annual Easter Eggstravaganza event. The installation’s Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation organized the event and ran egg hunts, children’s activities and more, according to an Army report. Military families brought their kids to meet new friends and get photos taken with the Easter Bunny.
