Wisconsin Base Hosts Packers for Tour 

Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, hosted representatives from the Green Bay Packers as a stop on their 2026 Tailgate Tour of the state. The Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation at the base organized a luncheon for the delegation to meet with the workforce. The Packers delegation included current players like Edgerrin Cooper and Evan Williams, as well as former players like Randall Cobb, according to an Army report. 

Nebraska Guard Formalizes Partnership with Local City 

The Nebraska Military Department and the city of Ashland, Nebraska have officially created a partnership to collaborate on emergency response and service member support. A National Guard report detailed the official signing day, where city officials met with military leaders at the Ashland Cemetery where local veterans were buried, and then discussed the partnership at the Ashland Public Library.
