New Recruits Tour Arizona Installation

Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona – a 2025 Great American Defense Community – hosted 25 new recruits and interested high school students from the local area to give them a firsthand experience of military life, according to an Army report.

“I think it is good for recruits to get a chance to talk with green suiters before they actually enter the organization,” Chief Warrant Officer 2 Melvin Bullard said.

California Base Child Development Centers Receive Advanced Wi-Fi

Boingo Wireless has expanded Wi-Fi infrastructure at Camp Pendleton, California to support the installation’s eight child development centers. Boingo will expand on the existing network that already supported the barracks and 50 other amenity locations.

“Boingo is helping strengthen and sustain premier family programs on base, equipping the staff who care for military children with the digital tools required to work safely and efficiently,” Boingo said in a press release.
