ADC Executive Director Matt Borron shared the importance of defense communities with a national audience in a Comcast Newsmakers interview segment released recently. 

Speaking on ties between military installations and their communities, Borron noted the role ADC played in critical legislation, such as creation and growth of the Defense Community Infrastructure Program. 

“These installations are where our nation projects military power, and they can’t do that if the families are struggling in the community,” Borron said. “They can’t do that if these installations don’t have the power, land and infrastructure they need to be able to train and be ready at a moment’s notice.”
