Harford County in Maryland is accepting proposals for a “transit-oriented development” study at the site of a train station near the south gate of Aberdeen Proving Ground.
The project is funded through the Office of Economic Adjustment, the RFP states. The project is open for bids through March 11. The project is expected to run from April to August.
