Office of Economic Adjustment Officially Renamed

January 7, 2021

In accordance of section 905 of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2021  the Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA) will be redesignated as the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC).

Grant recipients can still access grantee resources through oea.gov while the website is being redesigned to reflect the name change.

“We are now working to update our website and the other interfaces that states, communities, Federal agencies, non-governmental organizations, and our military partners have with us to reflect this change, while continuing to deliver the customer service and responsiveness expected from us,” wrote OLDCC in a recent email.
