The Senate Armed Services Committee marks up its version of the fiscal year 2022 defense authorization bill this week, on a schedule released by Chair Jack Reed (D-R.I.).

Subcommittees are working on their portions Monday and Tuesday. Most of those sessions are closed to the public, except for the readiness subcommittee, which meets Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time, and the personnel subcommittee, which meets Tuesday at 11 a.m. Those sessions will be streaming on the committee’s website.

The full committee will consider the bill in a closed session Wednesday that may continue into Thursday.
