The U.S. is sending another package of aid to Ukraine, including ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems and 75,000 rounds of 15mm artillery ammunition, the Pentagon announced in a Monday press release. It’s the Biden administration’s 17th drawdown of equipment from DOD inventories for Ukraine since August 2021.

The U.S. has sent more than $8 billion in assistance to Ukraine since Russia invaded Ukraine at the end of February.
