Republican Senators Marsha Blackburn (Tenn.), Kevin Cramer (N.D.), Josh Hawley (Mo.), Martha McSally (Ariz.) and Rick Scott (Fla.) will join the panel.
Democrats have three new members, none of them freshmen. They are Senators Tammy Duckworth (Ill.), Doug Jones (Ala.) and Joe Manchin (W.V.), who returns after a two-hear hiatus, according to Roll Call.
