Nominations Still Accepted for Fourth Annual Army Community Partnership Awards

September 8, 2019
The Army is accepting last-minute nomination packets for its 4th annual Army Community Partnership Awards.
The Army Community Partnership Program promotes the pursuit of exceptional partnerships that inspire other commands and communities to pursue and develop partnership opportunities. The FY 2019 Army Community Partnership Awards will feature partnerships between the Army and communities that have enhanced readiness, contributed to modernization, supported soldiers and their families, and improved relationships with the community.
The fiscal 2019 awards are intended to recognize the significant impact community partnerships have made to readiness, modernization, and to the soldiers and families of the Army, as On Base has reported.
The award description, a nomination template, and a partnership nomination example are available to those interested in submitting for the awards.
All nominations are due to the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM) by Sept. 14, 2019. The selected partnership teams will receive invitations to the awards ceremony hosted by the Secretary of the Army on Dec. 3, 2019, at the Pentagon, Hall of Heroes.
