Lendlease and the Army are renovating 12,000 privatized military homes and building 1,200 new ones with $1.1 billion in financing, according to a press release. “Privatization has allowed us to expedite our plans, and we look forward to the continued progress we’ll make over the next five years,” Lendlease Americas CEO Denis Hickey said.
