A new memorandum of understanding between Fort Irwin, California and Barstow Community College will help prepare students for jobs at the installation, especially child youth assistants and barbers, according to a DOD story….
The U.S. government has returned to the state of Hawaii more than 363 acres of land that the Air Force has been leasing on Molokai, as Maui News reported. The land will be “used for pastoral purposes or other needs of the Native Hawaiian community,” the story noted.
