The Ramsey County Board in Minnesota approved the sale of 40 acres of the former Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant, which is now known as Rice Creek Commons, CBS Minnesota reported. The developer is considering economic development options such as “a corporate campus, a research and development center, life science offices, or manufacturing and distribution facilities, alongside on-site retail and restaurant space,” the county said.
