DOD’s Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration Program (REPI) is using an authority Congress recently extended to enhance installation resilience, the office wrote in its newly released 2019 Report to Congress.
“Protecting these lands using the REPI program is a more cost-effective approach to sustain military readiness for the Department and the taxpayer,” the report says.
REPI Program Director Kristin Thomasgard-Spence will lead an Installation Innovation Forum panel March 4 on its partnership with Monmouth County, the state of New Jersey and Naval Weapons Station Earle.
