A bipartisan group of senators introduced a sweeping disaster relief package that would include $1.1 billion for the Air Force to recover from natural disasters, including Hurricane Michael, which ripped apart much of Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., and impacted other installations, too.
The legislation would require the Air Force to present plans on how it would spend the money, according to Air Force Magazine.
