USO Hawaii is offering a new program to help military spouses connect with each other and share advice about how to become empowered and expand their networks, Hawaii News Now reported. The local chapter of the nationwide military support organization has created its USO Coffee Connections program to allow spouses to meet new people, share information and advice.
