Lincoln Military Housing, Operation Homefront Distributing Essential Goods at Drive-Through Pickup

May 1, 2020

Lincoln Military Housing is partnering with Operation Homefront to provide essential goods to families at Camp Pendleton, Calif., at a drive-through distribution center.

“We understand this is a difficult time for everyone, including our residents, and want to do as much as possible to assist our families,” Jill Dorflinger, regional vice president of Lincoln Military Housing, said in a press release. “We are committed to working with organizations like Operation Homefront and the Food Bank of San Diego to bring as many resources as possible closer to home and prevent our residents from having to leave their community more than necessary.”

The press release cited recent results from the COVID-19 Military Support Initiative Pain Points Poll that showed a majority of military families wanted delivery or curbside pickup of items such as food and hygiene products.
