New Mexico is asking National Guard members and other state workers to fill in as substitute teachers amid a national omicron-related teacher shortage, the Albuquerque Journal reported. “Our kids, our teachers and our parents deserve as much stability as we can provide during this time of uncertainty, and the state stands ready to help,” Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) said in a statement….
