Killeen, Texas signed an agreement with Fort Cavazos to join the Army’s Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) program, the Killeen Daily Herald reported. The program helps separating service members line up interviews with local employers. “This is a special day for the city,” Mayor Debbie Nash-King said.
