Tensions have eased between Robins Air Force Base, Ga., and the local American Federal Government Employees union after a long period of turmoil, federal lawmakers said at a recent 21st Century Partnership event, the Telegraph reported. “It portends good things for our future if you don’t lose sight of what got you here in the first place, which is good people doing good things for our future,” Sen. Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.) said.
