Installations across the U.S. are announcing enhanced security initiatives as the potential for war with Iran increases, Military.com reported.
“U.S. Northern Command is implementing additional force protection condition measures to increase security and awareness for all installations in the U.S. NORTHCOM area of responsibility,” a command spokesperson told Military.com in an email, without providing specifics.
Several installations have announced on social media that they are changing traffic patterns, requiring additional guest check-ins and implementing other new protocols.
