Karen Holt and Diane Rath have been elected to the Association of Defense Communities Board of Directors.

Holt, a Maryland resident, serves as the Federal Installation Administrator for Harford County. She serves as the liaison between Harford County and Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG).

“Diane and Karen are great additions to our board of directors. They bring a breadth of experience in military-community partnerships, installation advocacy and military family quality of life issues,” said ADC President Joe Driskill.
