Karen Holt and Diane Rath have been elected to the Association of Defense Communities Board of Directors.

Rath, a Texas native and resident, serves as the Executive Director of the Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG).

Holt, a Maryland resident, serves as the Federal Installation Administrator for Harford County. She serves as the liaison between Harford County and Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG).

“Diane and Karen are great additions to our board of directors. They bring a breadth of experience in military-community partnerships, installation advocacy and military family quality of life issues,” said ADC President Joe Driskill.

Holt and Rath were both elected to the board of directors during ADC’s 2020 membership meeting on July 8.
