Grand Forks County in North Dakota is seeking proposals for a military installation resiliency study. “Through the MIR study, the County is looking to assist Grand Forks AFB to optimize its mission efficiency and effectiveness, installation sustainment, and enhance the long-term readiness and military value of the power projection platform,” the RFP says. Responses are due August 20….

The Yakima Training Center in Washington is testing the water of property owners near the facility to check for PFAS contamination, KIMA TV reported. The Army is telling community members they will provide an alternative water source if tests find contamination above the legal standards….
