OLDCC to Discuss Defense Manufacturing Community Support Program on June 15 Webinar

June 10, 2022

The Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation is hosting another webinar June 15 to introduce communities to the Defense Manufacturing Community Support Program, which is currently accepting grant applications.

The $30 million competitive grant program supports long-term community investments to strengthen national security innovation and expand the capabilities of the local defense industrial ecosystem.

“ADC members, with the capabilities of their many partners in academia and industry, are strongly encouraged to consider this program as an enabler for organic efforts to deliver innovation at the speed of relevancy for the Department of Defense,” OLDCC Director Patrick O’Brien said after a recent briefing to ADC leaders.

Interested states and communities with their public and private partners have until July 19 to submit proposals through grants.gov.

You can join the webinar or view the June 1 webinar on the same topic on OLDCC’s DMCSP site.
