Leaders at Fort Benning, Georgia recently hosted state and local officials for a symposium on potential intergovernmental support agreement opportunities. “Fort Benning Garrison presented 15 potential partner areas, programs or services during the symposium,” said Elizabeth Guzman, who manages IGSAs for the garrison. “The response was tremendous. We received interest in 14 of the 15 areas and 37 offers total for potential partnerships with our local community.”…

The Pueblo Depot Activity Development Authority (PuebloPlex) in Colorado has issued RFPs for three projects: evaluation of existing improvements and an assessment of the depot’s reuse potential, evaluation of workforce retention and transition needs related to the depot’s impending closure, and communication strategy related to workforce transition….

The University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez is the 14th institution to join the Space Force’s University Partnership Program, NPR reported. “We need partners like the University of Puerto Rico because: space is hard!” Chief of Space Operations Gen. John “Jay” Raymond” said in a statement. “We need the best minds in the nation to help us solve problems, build solutions, and operate some of the most sophisticated platforms, systems, and networks anywhere on Earth.”
