Toniann Fisher is the new director for Air Force community partnerships and mission sustainment in the office of the deputy assistant Air Force secretary for installations. She is tasked with working on partnership solutions with local communities and implementing policy to mitigate installations’ operational risk.
“Toniann brings a wealth of partnership experience to the job having worked in the Army partnership program and leading strategic engagements with community leaders and garrison command teams,” Ivan Bolden, the chief of Army partnerships, said in a recent newsletter. “She will also bring a ‘fresh set’ of eyes to the program. I look forward to working with her and her great Air Force staff.”
Fisher has previously served in the offices of the deputy assistant secretary of defense for environment and energy resilience, and the deputy assistant secretary of the Air Force for operational energy.
