ADC’s Partnership Bootcamp is Fast Approaching Oct. 31-Nov. 1 in Monterey, Calif.

October 20, 2019

Is your community new to the concept of public-public partnerships and how to implement robust, sustainable and Intergovernmental Support Agreements (ISGAs)? ADC’s two-day Partnership Bootcamp, Oct. 31-Nov. 1, in Monterey, Calif., is fast approaching, offering attendees an opportunity to learn the basics of ISGAs based on the successful model the City of Monterey pioneered more than 20 years ago.
This is a valuable learning and networking opportunity for community and installation leaders who have a hand in partnership development.
The Partnership Bootcamp agenda will draw from the vast knowledge of the people who pioneered the IGSA partnership model. Attendees will learn from past and present examples, managers and Army representatives, and hear detailed presentations of what worked, what didn’t, obstacles encountered, and effective solutions.
The program will also include a site visit of the Presidio of Monterey.
Additional event information and registration details for the upcoming Partnership Bootcamp is available at: defensecommunities.org/igsa/
