Some Vets’ New Access to Exchanges, Commissaries to Be Delayed

DOD and the Department of Veterans Affairs are continuing to roll out details on how veterans and caretakers can access exchanges and commissaries when a new policy takes effect in January – and the delays that will slow some of the new customers’ access.
